Terry Murphy is a television hostess and correspondent, best known for her nine years anchoring the tabloid show Hard Copy and, since 2003, reporting for the entertainment show Extra. Murphy, a native of Chicago, lives in Los Angeles and is the divorced mother of two sons. Previously, she was a news anchor at WLS-TV in Chicago during the middle 1970's and had appeared as a reporter on Married... with Children.
