Terrance Pennington (born September 25, 1983 in Los Angeles, California) is an American football offensive tackle for the National Football League's Buffalo Bills.

He was drafted in the 2006 NFL Draft out of the University of New Mexico. Pennington took over as the starting right tackle for the Bills midway through the 2006 season.
