"Terms of Employment" is the eighth episode of season two of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Grace hires Will to sue big-time lawyer Benjamin Doucette, over a design dispute. However, on arrival at Doucette & Stein, Will is surprised to receive a job offer from Ben. After taking the job, though, Ben orders him to go against Grace in the arbitration. Elsewhere, Jack gets a role in a sexual harassment film but when the actress fails to show, Karen steps in to play the role of the secretary he harasses, leading to a very prolonged film shoot.
