Teri Steer (born 3 October 1975) is an American shot putter.

In 1999 she won bronze medals at the World Indoor Championships and the Pan American Games and finished ninth at the World Championships.

Her personal best throw is 19.21 metres, achieved in April 2001 in Des Moines.

She is married to shot putter Christian Cantwell, having previously been married to Canadian discus thrower Jason Tunks. She hails from Crete, Nebraska and currently resides in Columbia, Missouri. [1]
