Tere Zayi is one of the districs of Khost Province, Afghanistan. It is situated in the North East of the province.

Landarabad is the most famous village in the district. It lies along the bank of the River Shamal which flows into Bannu Baran Dam. Landarabad is further divided into four Khels, namely, Khoni Khel, Shakhal Khel, Lali Khel and Luky Khel.
