Talk:Terry Anderson (radio)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have been listening to Terry Anderson for a long time and I disagree with the folks who call him racist. The writer below who says Terry is anti-immigrant is missing a few descriptive words in his description of Mr. Anderson.
Terry is a noble and patriotic radio host who is a conservative. He is NOT anti-immigrant. TERRY ANDERSON, many other Americans and I are anti-ILLEGAL-alien. Not just against Mexicans as most liberals think we are, but ANTI-ILLEGAL ALIEN. China, Pakistan, Sudan, Phillipines, Italy, Peru, Panama, Canada. If you are ILLEGALLY in the USA, it does not matter where you are from. We are simply against your continued presence.
Immigrants are those who are foreign nationals and have a lawful right to permanently remain in the United States. They have Green Cards. The term ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT that so many people use does not fit because of the very difiniton of the word IMMIGRANT. The proper term is ILLEGAL ALIEN.
Those persons who are for RIGHTS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS ought to go to those foreign nations and try to live like they do in the United States. Demand that English be spoken. Demand free medical care. Demand that you be given a fair trial and reasonable bail be set if you are arrested.
So what if Terry Anderson has ties to folks like Tom Tancredo and Chris Simcox and others who hold staunch ANTI-ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT or better yet ANTI-ILLEGAL ALIEN views? What is wrong with trying to maintain your nation's sovereignty and asking for compliance with with the Rule of Law?
If you are REALLY serious about doing something about ILLEGAL immigration, at the very least, start by staying informed! Go to the websites that talk about the costs of ILLEGAL immigration and get the facts. Read up on what the Reconquistas are trying to do by regaining land lost by Mexico in the Mexican-American War following the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
Illegal immigration to the United States is as an invasion. If you do not think it is, then try & stop it.
But in the end, I ask you: Why do I have to press one for English?

I found this page today and think it needs to be rewritten a little. The radio host in question is a conservative host who is anti-immigrant and has ties to Chris Simcox, Tom Tancredo and others who hold staunch anti-immigrant views; this article is written in a tone which is almost inflammatory and does not reflect the controversial and complex nature of illegal immigration. An argument might even be made that the article does not properly establish notability as per WP:NOTE but since his topic is one that is highly topical in the USA, he's notable for that reason alone IMO.--Msr69er 22:34, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Confirmation of the validitiy of the Wikipedia reference on Terry Anderson
It was stated the Mr. Terry Anderson is one of the best public speakers alive today. This, like most opinions, become accepted as fact when a majority of the validated experts on the subject rule as such publicly either formally in pier reviewed journals or in popular media. Mr. Terry Anderson is currently reaching that status through radio editorial trade magazines and commentary reviews. Another reviewer of the Wikipedia entry on Terry Anderson denounced the facts that were objectively stated in the reference. Calling Mr. Anderson's motivations "racist" against "latinos" and hispanics is nonsensical due to Mr. Anderson's close friendship and association with several hispanics and "latinos" that have become citizens of the United States of America. I suggest that any further reviewers of the Wikipedia reference on Mr. Terry Anderson fully understand the facts and make themselves well versed in Mr. Anderson's radio show and public appearances before they misspeak in a factually based community. 69.243.215.192 17:44, 7 January 2007 (UTC)Dr. Matthew Garner
