A photo of Terri Schiavo before her collaspe, which caused her to be placed in a state veriously diagnosed as PVS and MCS. While the photo came from http://www.cbc.ca/gfx/pix/schiavo_cp_7353545.jpg, various news outlets have used this photo and the original most likely have been taken by a friend or a family member before the accident.

[edit] Fair use for Terri Schiavo

  1. This is showing her before her collaspe
  2. This is generally the only photo of her before the collaspe. Zach (Sound Off) 15:13, 10 September 2005 (UTC)
  3. While use of this photo is not reccommended for articles, it is necessary to keep this photo (above) in Wikipedia's archive to show the "self-made" origins of this image, below: Image:Terri16.CroppedPhoto.jpg.--GordonWattsDotCom 01:25, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
The above does not present any clear case for the fair use of this picture under US law. - Haukur Þorgeirsson 20:55, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
