The assertion that the use of this image qualifies as fair use has been disputed by Bobak. The reason for this dispute is that This is clearly not a movie poster. Unless we have a date attached, this cannot be dated.. Please provide a rationale as to why this image qualifies as fair use. If no acceptable rationale can be provided, this image may be nominated for deletion in the future.
