Teo Ser Luck

Teo Ser Luck (張思樂, b. 8 June 1968) is a Singaporean Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. He is also the Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports.

Teo became an MP in 2006 after the 2006 general elections, a six-man PAP team, of which Teo was part of, contested Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and defeated the Singapore Democratic Alliance with 68.70% of the votes.
