I have answered your question about Limerence:

We discourage authors from promoting their own material on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. The only purpose of external links to expand reader's understanding. If the link to you book is useful another editor may insert a link into the article. However, we discourage you from inserting the link since you may not have a neutral point of view about the subject (since you wrote the book).
