The set of things which hold my interest over a short timescale is sometimes frustratingly extensive.
The set of things which hold my interest over a long timescale includes but is not defined by: webcomics, diction, individual liberty, biology, phrasing, evolution, music, literature, photography, lists (especially on Wikipedia) and small beautiful things.

I have made a few contributions to Wikipedia, the first of which was around a year ago, in fall of 2005. As I am more or less terrified of erring in a way that is in some way abhorrent to the community of Wikipedians, I tend to make small-scale, corrective contributions. That said, I do look forward to the day when I will author my first page! I expect, as I have time to do so, I will read up on more Wikipedia policy, until I am well-versed enough to sufficiently reduce my terror.
