Telekom Srbija is a telecommunication company based in Serbia, with its headquarters in Belgrade.
The company provides a range of fixed line, mobile, and Internet communications services in Serbia, but is expanding it's business abroad, in Bosnia and Montenegro. This expansion will lift Telekom Srbija among leading telecomunication companies in the region of South-Eastern Europe.

Telekom Srbija recently acquired the majority of Telekom Srpske's shares through a tender, for €646 million. The second-highest bidder was Telekom Austria with an offer of €467 million.
Telekom Srbija will also start it's operations in Montenegro in June 2007, after the company gained licence as a third mobile operator as a part of the consortium with Ogalar B.V. company. The consortium offered for the licence the sum of €16 million.
