TeleZüri
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
TeleZüri is a local television channel for the city and agglomeration of Zürich, Switzerland. It was founded by Roger Schawinski, a pioneer of local radio, but now it is owned by Tamedia, which also publishes the Tages-Anzeiger, one of the most important Swiss newspapers.
Besides a few early evening shows, TeleZüri produces a 45-minute long program, which is first aired between 6 and 7 pm and then repeated hourly. ZüriNews, ZüriInfo and the talk show TalkTäglich are aired on this channel. On Fridays, the show Lifestyle and on Saturdays the first Swiss dating show SwissDate are aired. On Sundays, the most controversial topics are discussed on SonnTalk. This structure hasn't been changed since the channel went on air.
