TeleForm

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

TeleForm by Cardiff Software (an Autonomy company) is a leading forms processing application.

Originally designed in 1991 to capture form data from faxed forms it has grown in to a full fax, paper and electronic forms processing solution with version 10 being launched mid 2006.

Forms can be designed in its design application or templated from existing forms so that when completed forms are scanned the handwritten information and tick box responses can be read, evaluated, verified and exported to end databases.

The product's flexibility in form design, data validation rules and exports means it can be used for many form processing applications such as:

  • Credit application forms
  • Time sheets
  • Surveys
  • Clinical trials forms
  • Equipment inspection cards
  • Voting ballots

The Cardiff TeleForm product was re-branded Verity TeleForm for a brief period in 2004 & 2005 when Verity Inc acquired Cardiff Software. In 2005, when Autonomy acquired Verity, the Cardiff brand was reintroduced.
