TelCove is a medium-sized telecommunications based in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. TelCove was originally known as "Hyperion". It later changed its name to Adelphia Business Solutions, but it changed its name after internal corruption forced Adelphia to file for bankruptcy. Changing its name helped eliminate any connection with the former telecommunications giant.

TelCove has been recently acquired by Level 3 Communications for $1.2375 billion, consisting of $637 million in shares of Level 3 common stock, $445 million in cash and $155.5 million in the assumption of debt.
