[edit] Buckminsterfullerene

I removed the reference to buckminsterfullerene. Stating that the telstar ball used the fullerene c60 chemical structure for it's design is questionable since fullerenes were only discovered and named 15 years after adidas created the telstar football. If someone thinks there should be a reference to fullerene, I suggest a geometry section be added to this article (although I don't really think this is necessary, since there's already a reference to the truncated icosahedron article). —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ζεύς (talkcontribs) 15:35, 2 March 2007 (UTC).
