fair use rationale text: This image, Tejgaon.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ranam) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the scale, magnitude, and effects of the ,in visual terms, the effect the intervention of the Indian Air Force on the Pakistani war effort and also qualifies the total destruction of the strike capaibillity of the PAF no. 14 squadron during the 1971 war owing to the IAF operations. The image, although originally may be from a commercial source, is not ultimately sourced from such (see source URL). Also, given the archival character of the work, age and the historical context, it is not a cause of loss of revenue. Though the images are not in public domain the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore this image is in fair use.
