I added the above copyright tag since the photo is clearly copyrighted (see description above) but was filed under a PD tag. I believe it's fair use because it is a unique and non-reproducible depiction of a historical event, this is based on feedback from IRC chat on #wikipedia. IANAL, so if I'm wrong about this then please correct it.

The copyright protection ends, might be, on January 1, 2007. (Artículo 128. De las meras fotografías.
