Teimuraz Gabashvili is a tennis play born in Tbilisi, Georgia on May 23, 1985. He eventually moved to Moscow, Russia. He turned pro in 2001. He plays singles and doubles, won futures titles in singles and double in his early career.

Began his career at age 6. His brother plays professional basketball in Georgia. When Gabashvili played, he was always nervous so his friends began calling him "Tsunami" Enjoys playing soccer and basketball.
