Tecovasaurus (te-KOH-va-SAWR-us) was an archosauriform genus of unknown affinities (Irmis et al. (2006), initially described as a basal ornithischian dinosaur, and known only from teeth. It is named after the Tecovas Formation, in Texas and Arizona, which yielded the holotype remains.
