Team Slipstream

Team Slipstream presented by Chipotle (UCI Code: TSL) is a UCI Professional Continental Team established in 2007 and based in the United States. In 2007, Team Slipstream will mainly compete in road bicycle racing events on the 2007 USA Cycling Professional Tour, the 2006-2007 UCI America Tour, the 2006-2007 UCI Europe Tour and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. The team's title sponsors are Slipstream Sports, LLC, which is a sports marketing and development company, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

As a UCI Professional Continental Team, Team Slipstream now consists of only professional riders; however prior to 2007, Team Slipstream/Chipotle was known as development cycling team, Team TIAA-CREF, a UCI Continental Team that consisted of both professional and amateur riders.

Team TIAA-CREF (UCI Team Code: TIA) is a junior development team, which is title sponsored by TIAA-CREF and managed by Slipstream Sports.

From 2004 through 2006, Team TIAA-CREF was a United States-based road bicycle racing team that competed in the UCI America Tour events as a UCI Continental Team consisting of professional and amateur riders. It was created in 2004 and sponsored by TIAA-CREF. Due to the disbandment of the Phonak cycling team, they began a serious push to join the professional ranks in 2007. As a development cycling team, their roster boasted mostly young riders, but they have former world champion Danny Pate as well.
