Team Galactic (ギンガ団 Ginga Dan?, literally “Galaxy Gang” or “Galaxy Brigade”) is the crime syndicate in the Sinnoh region, which is the setting of the video games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.[1] The team’s administrators are named after planets.[2]
The three admins that appear in the game are Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. They all have one Zubat, but their best Pokémon are Bunyat for Mars, Skutank for Jupiter and Dokurog for Saturn.
In Diamond and Pearl, Team Galactic kidnaps the legendary Pokémon Yuxie, Emrit, and Agnome, as well as trying to befriend Professor Rowan, an accomplished Pokémon researcher. The team also succeeds in waking the legendary Pokémon Dialga (in Diamond) or Palkia (in Pearl), aiming to control the Pokémon’s reality-warping powers in order to shape the world according to its wishes.
