When Raven is on her way to History class she bonds with a new girl named Courtney Dearborn (played by Cameron), who is Raven's new history teacher, a fact which Raven does not know. Courtney is liked by her students, but when the teacher says they have to study for a test, everyone moans. Ms. Dearborn says that they should have a "study party". Raven likes this idea and invites everyone in her class to her house for the study party. However, instead of studying, they were partying. When everyone gets upset about the test, Raven abruptly promises to get Courtney to postpone the test, who disagrees. Soon, when they are about to have the test, Raven disguises herself as an exterminator and pretends there are bugs in the classroom to stop the test, not knowing Courtney had postponed the test already. Courtney sees a fake spider Raven sets on the floor and jumps out the window, getting herself fired. But, soon, Chelsea gives Raven the idea of getting a real spider and causing the principal to get scared and believe them of spiders being in the school. He hired Courtney back, and everything is solved.
In this episode, The Juicer wants to be the lead singer of Cory and the Boys. They are scared he will juice them, so they agree. But, they really want him out of the band. So, they stage a fake band breakup, only to find out The Juicer has an amazing singing voice."like an angel"

- When you see from the outside view of the school, you see that the history classroom is really high up in the school. However, when Courtney, Dr. Stuckerman, and Raven jump out the window on this episode, it seems that the history classroom is on the first floor in the school.
- When Raven was rushing to her class and bumps into Courtney, she left her locker open.
- Courtney announces the test will "be tommorow." Yet, after not preparing for the test, the next day Raven asks Courtney postpone the test until Tuesday. This creates a conflict as Raven's claim makes it Monday, which is impossible considering the day before could not have been Sunday as they were in school.
