"Tea & A Total Lack Of Sympathy" is the tenth episode of season two of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Grace and Jack excitedly head to a taping of their favorite TV show, Antiques on the Road, in which people bring in antique items to get them appraised. Grace is there for solely one reason, to get a cheap teapot appraised so she can pull the face of a person whose dreams are shattered, while Jack is there to try and get a date with "Porcelain Paul". Elsewhere, Ben sends Will to get Karen and Walker, Inc. to join the firm as a client.
