I've seen this term used by British English speakers to mean a specific time. The term is actually used in this manner in at least one article, namely Popworld. The actual time referred to is not readily apparent to Americans as this term is not in use there. Could any in the know please clarify? 208.242.14.101 07:27, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
