[edit] backstabber

I've heard it called "backstabber". But this is more in games like Starcraft and not FPS. Whoever takes care if this article, feel free to add this term if you like. Thodin 03:21, 25 May 2005 (UTC)

there are ways of teamkilling even if FF is off. in the early BF1942 days, friendly tank round blasts would send nearby teammates flying 100 feet into the air, only to drop dead like a sack of potatoes. hilarious!
In Soldat's Realistic Mode it's possible to throw a grenade or other explosive device onto a teammate's head, and the momentum transfer will give them large downward velocity, causing them to die of "falling damage". T-1 15:34, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

The term "backstabber" seems non video game specific. Backstabbing someone is.. well... backstabbing someone. --Nitwit005 05:24, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sources?

I notice the banner complaining of lack of references on this subject. Is there such a thing? While I have heard of papers on MMORPGs and so on, I have never heard of one on this subject. --Nitwit005 05:24, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
