(December 19, 1985-Current)- Is a Leadership Theorist focused on Relational Psychology. As a student of TCU in Fort Worth, Texas he studies under the supervision of Psychologists Dr. Pamela Stuntz and Dr. Dianna Newbern in addition to theorist Melissa Boyd. Uebele is renowned for his unique and effective relational skills and leadership organization. As a published author and experimental developer he lectures to students on leadership within organizations, networking, societal trends, ethics, and uniquely about maturation after psychological and/or physical regression.

He was born on December 19, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, USA to Craig Lee Uebele and Jill Ann Caywood. The family of four, including Austin's older sister Katherine Leigh Uebele moved from the city of Chicago to a suburb called Hinsdale. Mr. and Mrs. Uebele raised both children in a effective and ethical manner. While Uebele's parents began a divorce in June 1991, both children, Katie and Austin, refused to separate. They spent many years living with their mother, Jill, and then moved in with their father, Craig. Due to this unique situation Austin began to analyze himself at a young age.
