Tbilisi-sighting

Tbilisi-sighting was an alleged UFO mass sighting during a flight from Tbilisi in Georgia to Tallinn in Estonia in January 1985. The peculiar object was observed near Minsk, Belarus by passengers of two liners.

The event was studied by the Leningrad Commission for Anomalous Phenomena and it was explained as an experiment in atmospheric studies.
