Tazenda is a fictional planet that plays an important role in Second Foundation by Isaac Asimov.

The position of the planet was 120 degrees away from Terminus, relative to the Center of the Galaxy. Bail Channis, a soldier of the Mule, believed that Hari Seldon's Second Foundation (said to lie at Star's end) was on Tazenda. When (and only when) viewed from Trantor, where Hari Seldon spent most of its life, this star was at the tip of a 'knife' of stars buried in Pellot's Nebula. Its name was very similar to Star's end. Tazenda also fit the most likely description for the Second Foundation's society: it was an oligarchy that ruled over 27 worlds, enough to defend itself but not enought to be conspicuous; throughout its history, Tazenda stayed out of all interstellar politics. Rossem was a planet subject to Tazenda.

The planet was destroyed by the Mule in about 315 F.E. It was not, in fact, the location of the Second Foundation.
