This is a very very draft policy that states that cute things are notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. Of particular notability are images of cute babies and/or baby animals. Please note that simply an image of any baby animal does not automatically qualify for the cute designation. A baby millipede, for example, has no inherent cuteness, despite its baby status.

List of Care Bear Cousins is a prime example of this near-policy in action. While the article has little, if any notability, it remains on Wikipedia given its high cute quotient.
