This photograph is a derivative work of art based on a miniature created and copyrighted by Games Workshop. As such, it is used on Wikipedia under Fair Use guidelines only.

This is a two-dimensional representation of a copyrighted sculpture, statue or any other three-dimensional work of art. As such it is a derivative work of art, and per US Copyright Act of 1976, § 106(2) who owns copyright of the original has the exclusive right to authorize derivative works.

The No equivalent free image can be created
It adds significantly to the article by displaying a characteristic miniature being discussed
The use of this image on Wikipedia will have no impact on the commercial value of the miniature or any other works the miniature is currently used in.
