Taswell is a very small unincorporated community in Crawford County, Indiana, United States, located on State Road 64 to the west of English, Indiana. It was located at a crossroads and had a post office and small railroad depot serving the farmers and other population of the area. Since the 1980s when Patoka Lake filled, Taswell's economy has been dominated by tourist, boating and recreational services.
