Established in 1906, Tarlac State University (TSU) is the center for academic excellence in the province of Tarlac in the Philippines. It offers graduate courses in many specialized fields as well as vocational and various undergraduate degree programs in engineering, physical and social sciences, computer societies as well as information technology, business and accountancy, physical education, education, fine arts and architecture, and nursing.

Presently, T.S.U. is composed of three major campuses which are all located in Tarlac City:

- Tarlac State University San Isidro Campus
- Tarlac State University Lucinda Campus
