Tariq Javed (born June 12, 1949 in Pakistan) is a Canadian cricketer. He played three one-day internationals for Canada.
He had an amazing cut shot. Tariq Javed played for Karachi Board of Education and Karachi University as well as Karachi Blues in Pakistan during the period: 1965-1968. He then played and captained Quebec Cricket Federation during the period: 1968-1984. He cricketer of the year 3 times. He played for Canada in the 1979 World Cup and also was the vice captain of the Canadian cricket team during the English tour in 1981, when Canada played the ICC trophy.
