Tarakudo

In the television show Jackie Chan Adventures, Tarakudo is the evil king of the Shadowkhan and the lord of the Oni. His current form is that of a psychic floating head that looks somewhat like the Shadowkhan-controlling masks he is looking for. In the show Jackie has to collect all nine Oni masks before the evil Tarakudo does.

Tarakudo was awakened when Daolon Wong attempted to awaken the Shadowkhan to free him from jail. He took the Enforcers and began a quest for the nine Oni masks. It is later revealed that a tenth Oni mask was made to hold Tarakudo, but he took it before it could be used. Tarakudo's true form was revealed after Uncle activated the mask spell, reverting him into a full-bodied demon. He overpowered the J-Team, but was tricked and sealed into his Oni mask with his generals and all the Shadowkhan.
