Talk:Tanelorn

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Are there any other multiverse set stories in which there is a place which exists in all/many of them (including "existing as a concept" as Tanelorn is said to do - can someone provide the quote?) but which is not an interdimensional portal> Jackiespeel 21:12, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

It might be interesting to gather other works, that use Tanelorn, as, for example, Justina Robsons "Natural History" does. There it is the name for a very strange city on an alien-planet.

I remember "Tanelorn" from the Book "Ice Rigger" by Alan Dean Foster. The hero was also struggeling to get there, but I'm not sure if it's the same Tanelorn as mentioned in the main article since I didn't read those books ;) 84.151.210.82 15:44, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

The song Down Under by Men At Work mentions in footnotes in the music video that "Tanelorn is an annual hippie music festival in Australia". Personally I've never heard of it, and I'm not really sure it holds any significance. Opinions? --Xertz 03:59, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
