Tamer Hassan

Tamer Hassan is an English Actor born on the 18th March 1968. His latest film Hannibal v Rome has recently been released in which he plays Hannibal he has also starred in films; "The Business" playing Charlie (lead character), "Unleashed", "Batman Begins" the box office hit "Layer Cake" he also appeared in the film "Football Factory" as hooligan Millwall Fred and the British film "The Calcium Kid" playing a psychotic boxer
Tamer has also starred in television dramas and soaps prior to his film acting roles.
Tamer met his agent three years ago, after informing her that, "Acting is for mugs" however with perseverance and hard work, Tamer has graced our television screens, starring in, Eastenders, Casualty, The Bill and Judge John Deed to name a few.
Tamer's roots are from the wrong side of town, having grown up in New Cross, practised his street wise skills in boxing and football. Having had an injury in boxing, turned his talents to running nightclubs, restaurants and is now the proud Owner, Chairman, Coach and Player of both Greenwich Borough Football Club and also Eltham Boxing Gym. Both of which have produced such talents as Henry Cooper and Ian Wright.
Tamer's charity work for his community is what makes him turn from the 6ft 4 hardman, to absolute putty in the hundreds of children hands he deals with on a daily basis.
