Tam O'Shanter Ridge, Nova Scotia

Millers Mountian is a middle class subdivision in the former city of Dartmouth Nova Scotia between Port Wallace and Westphal . The subdivision is built on top of a ridge that drops down next to Red Ridge Pond and extends to Caledonia Road .

The ridge itself provides a stunning view of near by Lake Mic Mac and the regions largest shopping center Mic Mac Mall. It is frequently climbed by local youths and is a popular location for smoking marijuana and drinking beer. The ridge is adorned with graffiti art and the bottom is littered with broken beer bottles and other pieces of trash lovingly hurtled off from the top. The ridge can be ascended in multiple ways including hiking though the adjacent woods, directly up the face or climbing up a gully on the left side of the ridge known by locals as the "Ass Crack". Millers mountain has seen it's share of tragedy, including an incident in which local climber Nick Wolf sustained a blow to his chest after falling several meters to the ground below. Millers mountain provided part of the set of the locally filmed movie Pomello.
