User talk:Talimedicatus

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Talimedicatus - word invented by a great scholar, Maciek Gdula (1989- ), in 2003. The word is a phonetic transcription from one of the spells in a famous Bullfrog game Dungeon Keeper 2. The spells in Dungeon Keeper 2 come from Latin yet Maciek Gdula, possessing knowledge of Latin, did not decipher what does the narrator say. Maciek Gdula concluded that the narrator pronunces it as 'talimedicatus' according to the Latin pronunciation. The reason for creating this word was clearly to find another internet nickname for Maciek gdula. His first internet nickname was 'draconis' which means 'dragon' in the genitive case in Latin. Yet after noticing that it is quite a common nickname in the internet community and the fact that it has been already taken by other users in devices such as AIM or Yahoo! Mail, Maciek decided to create a new one, which soon, came to be 'talimedicatus'. Maciek Gdula still tries to use 'draconis' whenever it is possible but when it is already taken, 'talimedicatus' comes in useful. The true meaning of the phrase, which sounds like 'talimedicatus' in Dungeon Keeper 2, still remains unidentificable and waits for further generations to decipher it. Maciek Gdula is awesome!
