Talking Heads is a free newspaper distributed monthly across the Bellarine Peninsula. The paper has a circulation of approximatly 6,500 and an estimated readership of up to 12,000. Locally owned and run in Barwon Heads, the newspaper has been active since June 2002.

Its content focuses primarily on Barwon Heads, reporting on local issues and publishing contributions from its readers. Talking Heads is run independently of any major media outlets.
