Tal-y-llyn Lake, also known as Talyllyn Lake or Llyn Mwyngil, is a large glacial finger lake at the foot of Cadair Idris, in the Snowdonia mountain range of Wales. The lake is in the county of Gwynedd.

The lake gives its name to the narrow gauge Talyllyn Railway; though that railway never actually reached the lake, its eastern terminus at Abergynolwyn is within the parish of Talyllyn.
