"Take Me Away" is the sixth single released from Avril Lavigne's sophomore album, Under My Skin. It was released as a radio single in Australia in 2005. Beforehand it was delivered to Canadian rock radio in March 2004 as a radio-only single. It was also released a B-side on some editions of the single "Don't Tell Me".
