Fine print at the bottom of the http://parliament.rno-a.ru/ tells Copyright © 2003-2004 ОИЦ СКГТУ. --EugeneZelenko 02:48, 10 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I did contacted persons from the Parlament directly. ;) I do have contacts in the building.
The copyright in the bottom is the fullishness of the webmasters (some amateur webmasters in ex-USSR belive that "(c) Vasya" in the bottom means "Vasya made this site"): the link is broken, once it led to a page of the people (students of the local university), who created the site. Surely they did no photos, but coded the texts and pictures they received from the Parlament. - Slavik IVANOV 23:53, 11 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Photo of the new Head of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania Dr. Taymuraz Mamsurov. Taken in 2004 after his trip to Switzerland. From the site of the Republican Parliament: http://parliament.rno-a.ru/
