Additionally, note that interal links (that is, links to other pages on Wikipedia) can be formatted with double brackets, like [[this]]. Thanks.--Sean Black (talk) 21:55, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gunhed - Ganheddo

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia! You recently added an external link to YouTube in an article. It has been removed because the link pointed to a non-encyclopedic source.

Per WP:COPYRIGHT:
External sites can possibly violate copyright. Linking to copyrighted works is usually not a problem, as long as you have made a reasonable effort to determine that the page in question is not violating someone else's copyright. If it is, please do not link to the page. Knowingly and intentionally directing others to a site that violates copyright has been considered a form of contributory infringement in the United States (Intellectual Reserve v. Utah Lighthouse Ministry). Also, linking to a page that illegally distributes someone else's work sheds a bad light on Wikipedia and its editors. If the site in question is making fair use of the material, linking is fine.

Please refer to Wikipedia's policy on external links for more information.

[edit] License tagging for Image:Rin Yamagatana.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Rin Yamagatana.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:08, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Images of GARO

While I see that you've done so already, please give them fair use rationales, like those explained at this page for their use.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 04:39, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Makai Trainee Akatuki.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Makai Trainee Akatuki.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] yang style tai chi

if you can properly cite your additions, feel free to add them. without cites they are considered a violation of NPOV. thank you VanTucky 05:30, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

ok then, please teach me how to properly cite my additions then cause I added the very parts about Yang styles 3 inner disciples and there were no issues until i mentioned the more controversial parts...Yang ZhenDou is recognized by his brother's federation out of respect, but we all know his form is nothing that of even Yang Lu Ch'an...in fact if you compare current visual data, the Gin Soon Federation still holds the form true to it's form while Yang ZhenDou obviously changed them to his own style...Yang Shou-chung's story of not having a male heir is also true because the students of the federation has confirmed this, but none of this is actually published magazine material...this is all inside knowledge of the yang style tai chi federation.
