Taimak

Taimak (born Taimak Guarriello on June 24, 1964) is an American actor and martial artist. Taimak has acted in more than 10 films, his first and most prominent being 1985's The Last Dragon.

Born to an Italian father and African American mother, Taimak has studied Chinese goju, goju-ryu, taekwondo and jujitsu.

Cast in The Last Dragon because of his martial arts skills, Taimak had no prior acting training or experience, and was taught on set(Pretty Obvious). He later appeared as the lead male in Janet Jackson's "Let's Wait Awhile" music video, Debbie Allen's "Special Look" Video(Not a hit) and also played the role of a would-be rapist on an episode of the TV show A Different World Funny quote from that episode "Freddie scratches like an alley cat". Taimak has also worked as a personal trainer of martial arts to celebrities such as Madonna(so he says) and one of the Spice Girls.

As years past, he pretty much did nothing worth mentioning. Pretty much fell off the face of the earth.

He also starred in a play that toured the States called "Cheaters" opposite a large cast of African American stars. He played a soldier that steals the girl away from R & B singer Brian Mcknight.

Taimak(Use to) co-own a gym on the east side of Manhattan in new york city called "Fitness Concepts".

"Superstar" Taimak dates non-black women only(Checkout myspace). Has two women that worship the ground he walks on and they rule his website. They are Karma Sutra and Brendalove.

He answers "fans" questions such as "What's your favorite scene from "The Last Dragon?" He claims to have co-starred in the BET movie "Masquerade". In which he had about 10 lines in the whole movie.

He claims to be extremely busy, however he has time to log onto his website and myspace account eveyday. Hmmmmmmmmmm.
