Tailgunner

Tailgunner, the brain-child of Mark Coyle, often acknowledged as the sixth member of Oasis, formed in 2000 with the original line-up being Coyle, Paul Stacey on bass and Noel Gallagher playing drums on the Album. They played a string of gigs around the country and received rave reviews. Select magazine descirbed 'Tailgunner' as, '...a lesson in swampy dirty ass rock 'n' roll...'. After a year of playing gigs and a long series of fumbles on the part of the record companies the band seemed to dissapear, Coyle doing odd solo acoustic performances.
In 2006 Coyle recruited two new members. David Sinnott (Drums) and Gianluca Rizzuto (Bass). The band have supported Noel Gallagher and Gem at the Lowry Threatre, in the Manchester leg of their acoustic tour in December, and are looking to release a new record in 2007 with aims of touring later.
