Tagbina is a 4th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 34,057 people in 6,210 households.Water Supply System of Tagbina is adequate and potable through the effort of Tagbina Water District headed by its General Manager - Ildefonso C. Albarracin.(Niño Paul)
