[edit] Inclusion of social/community site links
I think if these sites added extra information about the nature of Tadley, then they could be included. However, they serve a different purpose - to create an online community for residents of Tadley, without offering factual information about Tadley.
It appears that someone (not a registered Wikipedia user) is trying to direct traffic to their site, which doesn't fit the purpose of Wikipedia.
