Tabriz Maragheh or The Collection of History is a multi volumed text purporting to be a world history back to creation. It incluids large sections on Iran, India and a section on European history, extremely unusual for a middle eastern history. The Tabriz Maragheh is considered one of the great cultural monuments of the Ilkhanate. It was authored by a jewish convert named Rashid al-Din who was a wazir under the Mongols.
