Table Rock is a village in Pawnee County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 264 at the 2000 census.

Table Rock is located at 40°10′43″N, 96°5′37″W (40.178607, -96.093525)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.5 km² (0.6 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 264 people, 144 households, and 68 families residing in the village. The population density was 172.8/km² (451.2/mi²). There were 178 housing units at an average density of 116.5/km² (304.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.62% White and 0.38% Asian. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.52% of the population.

There were 144 households out of which 15.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 38.9% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 52.1% were non-families. 46.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 25.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.83 and the average family size was 2.58.

In the village the population was spread out with 16.3% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 19.7% from 25 to 44, 26.9% from 45 to 64, and 33.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 54 years. For every 100 females there were 95.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.3 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $24,545, and the median income for a family was $33,000. Males had a median income of $28,250 versus $16,500 for females. The per capita income for the village was $18,384. About 11.8% of families and 11.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 7.7% of those under the age of eighteen and 16.5% of those sixty five or over.
